The staff, the facilities and accessibility
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Close to the Tirupati temple and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wish we were here for a longer time.

Due to construction work there was noise all around at the reception. Windows curtains in the room weren't that clean too.

Not a good value for the money and I would find it hard pressed to recommend your hotel
Left very early and had no opportunity to eat breakfast at the hotel. The hotel's facilities look dated and they need to be updated. Based on the hotel charges we expected a much spiffier facilities and cleaner surroundings. I paid hotel charges by cash and asked for a receipt but the front desk personnel would not give me any kind of acknowledgement. I would like know whether the personnel recording the revenue properly and whether the management is aware of this practice.
the whole ambience was rather unappealing. Rug in the upstairs hallway was boring and unclean.
